Day 137: Cardio (9.65km in 42:31min) |

Woah it’s been a tiring and sore week. I’m still tender around my leg region, so today I took the pace slow and easy.
It was around 4:24 minute per km. I hit right about the planned mileage and timing for today.
I practically ran on grass and tried not to stop when running, due to my soreness in particular.
I had to, as when I do stop for example at a traffic crossing; when I do resume running, I’m like a cold engine, needing plenty of warmup to start.
After the run, I finally managed to complete a total upper body set. The works; such as the dips, pullup and pushups. I was surprised I was still able to do it after a long hiatus.
Well I’ll enjoy tomorrow rest day and hopefully the soreness will subside by Monday.
