Hi all, I’m back again. Well if you noticed I’ve been blogging lesser on my training logs, well you’re right.
I’m on a new training phase. The first phase was building up my fitness, and now I’m going into another phase, more specific.
It used to be cardio and body workout six times a week. Now it will be just three times cardio days plus body workout, which I’ll blog about.
While the other three days I’ll do specific body parts muscular training, which I won’t blog. I have the Sunday off by the way.
As for today’s training, the pace was 4:03 minute. I was motivated kinda. For one, I was really sore. My legs especially the quads and hamstring area felt like a boulder was attached to it.
It felt heavy and tender. But with such soreness, it kinda numbs the exhaustion I got from jogging. Maybe that’s why my pace was rather fast today.
Well the new routine needs some tweaking here and there. Plus I expect more soreness as the training days goes by, that is to be expected.
