Today’s weather for training was such a gem. Having the evening sunset that’s not too hot, and enough cloud cover.
The pace I ran today was 4:21 minute per km. Kinda ok, it’s meant to be a short run as I had little time to train, due to leaving my place quite late.
I think I’m getting used to the new routine, which covers more overall development of my fitness and muscular aspects.
The results is showing too. I can’t be certain until I weight myself, but seeing myself in the mirror, I observed more lean mass. My diet also slightly changed. More white meat that is, where I added more chicken to my meal.
