Day 134: Cardio (8.22km in 33:09min) |

Heya all, well I’m here again. I was supposed to log an entry yesterday, but didn’t as I screwed up the jogging timing yesterday, so I opted not to blog. Oh well, anyway I’m back.
Again it’s going to be brief for this entry. I’m working pretty much non-stop this month, gotta pay the rent and put food on the table.
The pace today was 4:01 minuter per km, not bad considering it was a wet day and I ran on grass mostly.
Didn’t do abs and core, but just upper body. I think I’ve pinpointed the cause of my forearm ache. It’s my pushups. Not just any pushups, but finger pushups I’ve been doing.
I’ve been clocking finger pushups daily for a long time now, so I reckon the thousand of reps doing it finally stretched some muscle or ligament perhaps, who knows.
So I’ll stop doing it, although normal pushups ain’t triggering the ache after experimenting, so I’ll substitute that instead into my routine.
