I left my place for my workout with the weather promising wet showers with its grey skies. Luckily the weather held, and the entire training I just had to face a cloudy downcast, no downpour. Yay …
I skipped body workout of abs, core and upper body today as I felt rather exhausted. It was just pure running. The pace was 4:04 min per km which is quite fast for me.
I ran most of the time on grass trail as usual today, but the thing is, my feet is aching considerably currently after the workout. Kinda weird, it’s the kind of ache I usually get after a hard sprinting training.
Maybe it was the combination of fartlek, slopes training and cardio which I did earlier that resulted in the ache. Yes I know, one shouldn’t combined all those variety of workouts into one big pileup. But hey I was pressed for time these days, and cross training is my only option.
Oh well, hope the feet gets better tomorrow.
