Considering today is the last day of the week for training, I brought the pace down today. It was 4:20 min per km for the run and I consider that rather relaxed.
I couldn’t really decide on the route today, so during the run I just spontaneously run where ever my instinct says. At one point of time, I even let a cyclist ahead of me decide where my next route is, I just followed the dude … until he slowed down my pace of course, that’s when I took the lead.
Also most of the jogging path today was on grass, I try to, but with limited trail on Singapore roads, I had no choice but to do with what I have.
As for upper body trainng today, it was unnerving as there was three adolescent kids who was staring at me. No they’re not picking a fight, but as if they had never seen a person doing pullups, pushup and dips before at the fitness corner.
I’m flattered with the attention, but please no staring. It wasn’t just a 2-3 seconds gaze, but they were looking at me as if I was a meat on display.
Oh well, horny kids who are into muscular dudes I reckon, haha … luckily I was wearing my shades. It still gave me a certain ‘distance’ from them, and it kept me focus on finishing my workout fast and off I went.
