Day 127: Cardio (6.6km in 27:41min) |

Heya peeps I’m back again, finally after a long layoff of three days. The thing is I’ve been really down. Have you ever been in a life rut where the ‘walls’ are sort of caving in on you. People hounding you for favors, work deadline looming and such.
The pressure was just so taxing, that I just couldn’t think of doing a proper workout. At the end of the day, I was just so burnt out.
I just wish I have all the time in the world, and one lucky bastard in striking a lottery win perhaps. Yeah you might say money won’t solve anything, but it sure would help in me in getting things done around me faster, and with no fuss.
Well anyway back to the workout today. I had ample grass coverage for my route today, so it’s like I’m running trail, most of the time that is. I ran part of the expressway section, secluded, no people in sight, but slightly smoggy with the fumes.
The pace today was around 4:11 minute per km, which is acceptable in my standard. I did the usual core, abs and upper body. Everything was fine, except that the slight discomfort in my left forearm is still there.
Hmmm should I worry …
