Day 120: Cardio (6.95km in 31:17min) |

Alright I’m back after a two days layoff. Why? Well because I needed to. The thing I learned over the years training and competing is to listen to your body.
It’s very important to know the condition you’re in before embarking on a workout. You mind might be willing, but your body ain’t.
My right foot has slight discomfort, even when I was walking. I knew I’ll probably aggravate it if I was to train as usual. So I took two days off and it was the right decision.
I ran and started the day with no pain. I guess I was putting too much effort on my right side of landing when running previously. So today I focused plenty of ‘even-out’ my strides.
The pace today was 4:30 minute per km. Quite alright of a pace considering I was taking it easy. The only time I put effort was when I was pacing this two dudes on bicycles. That’s it.
I was proud of my body workout today. The core and abs I didn’t ‘cheat’ at all. You know sometimes you kinda cheat in your form when doing the workout. Well my form was good today.
As for my upper body, indeed I’m getting some mass and I didn’t feel tired after the reps and sets. So I reckon I’ll have to increase the intensity.
