Day 12: Cardio |

Type Workout: Jogging
Duration: 16 minutes 11 seconds for 3.3KM (Around 9pm)
- Cardio Jogging
- Target Heartbeat: 70% or 133HB
- Outcome Heartbeat: 174HB
- Pullup/Pushup
- Abs/Back
Thoughts
The past two days of training was sacrificed for work. Tuesday was supposed to be speed endurance and today gym, but I had to push all that back, as I got deadlines. I only managed to put in a cardio session in the afternoon
I don’t do this often, but since the money is good, well a little shifting of my training plan won’t hurt me. But the bad side, I had to stay up late into 4am the past two days to complete my work
Two days of staying up late, will surely wreak havoc to my body clock, and will take at least a week to re-adjust again. The running session was short and I really felt the ‘push’
I was totally out of breath and hit way behind my intended heartbeat target. Bleah, I need more cardio looks like it. But now it’s back resuming to normal training now … yipeeee
