Since it’s Monday and the start of a new training week, I took the pace slow and easy today. Also I need slightly hold back on the effort as my right ankle was feeling rather ‘weird’. It still does. Kinda like that uneasy feeling that there’s some kind of a slight inflammation there.
With that my pace is at a crawling 4:34 minute per km. Quite expected, but it was a relaxing run. With work earlier in the day, it sure soothes me after a good workout.
Well anyway for the upper body workout part today, I was feeling rather spastic. Being that I cut my pinkie finger badly yesterday, so I took precaution and became a pussy when doing my upper body. Haha.
The gripping part was rather difficult unexpectedly as I gripped without the use of my pinkie finger, but using four remaining fingers instead. Now I know the importance of a pinkie finger, no matter how small it is, you need it buddy.
