This whole week I wasn’t myself when training, meaning it was very much a struggle to keep the momentum going or feeling slightly ‘off’.
Like today I was panting for breath more than usual, gasping hard. I would like to think it’s the environment and not me. The news report has been saying the haze in Singapore is back.
Well it could be that. I’m still feeling flustered now after today’s workout.
Today’s pace was 4:22 minute per km. Kinda alright, and this week has been rather slow in my timings.
Maybe it’s just one of those days when things ain’t going your way eh. With that I totally reduced my sets and reps for my abs, core and upper body.
I’m doing just enough to maintain my form and fitness, hoping next week will be a better outing for my trainings.
