Take note, today’s log going to be slightly gross. Have you peeps ever had flatulence when you were running. I do! It’s like when I fart during my run, I feel better afterwards. Hahaha. Sort of a ‘booster’ perhaps?
Of course it doesn’t happen always, but when I do fart, I look forward to it …. keke. Maybe I’ve some trapped gas in my stomach. Hahaha.
Backkkkk to my training today …
Today’s pace was 3:58 minute per km. Faster than yesterday. Still I’ve yet to time my runs accurately as I don’t have a perfectly working stopwatch. I had to estimate it with my currently wonky watch.
I’ve ordered a Omron heart rate monitor watch from Amazon.com. It should be arriving in around 2 more weeks I reckon.
It was a hot weather today, bearable however. I very much focused on my running form. Not too upright when running, which has always been my problem.
Did abs and core earlier with no problems. Upperbody too. Well see ya tomorrow!
