Day 112: Cardio (9.35km in 41:36min)

I shall make today’s training log brief. As usual I’m behind on the work. Today’s pace was not balanced. It was an ok pace of 4:26 minute per km, but I wasn’t unhappy about how I ran today.

The first half of the run was rather alright, but the second half of the run after my upper body workout, well let’s just say I was really struggling.

The cause is my upper body being too ‘tight’. It seems I picked up a niggling feeling on my right arm, and the constant ache just slowed down my pace and momentum.

I shall try better tomorrow.
