Day 109: Cardio (6.13km in 22min) |

Well today mark the day I can finally ease up on the work front, where I’ve met my deadlines. So that means I can resume to my normal training routine, yay!
My nap after work was slightly longer than usual. I snoozed the alarm once. I deserve it as I was really tired. As long the nap is not more than 45 minutes and turn into a slumber, then it’s alright. Beyond the stated timing, you’ll have a hard time waking up and would feel groggy totally.
There was a cloud overcast earlier, so it wasn’t too hot as I left my place. I opted to run near the expressway area, plenty of cars, but few people around.
The pace today was fast, around 3:35 minute per km. I had to guess-timate the timing as my stopwatch died on me. I used the clock as a benchmark, so plus minus a few seconds I guess.
Hmm it looks like it’s a good week for me as I’ve been hitting sub-4 minute pace. I shall bring down the tempo slower next week. In training, there’s a hard week, and easy week. You can’t always go hard always, or your body would be able to keep up, recover, and would be always at a point of injury.
Again I focused on form for my abs, core and upper body today, and I try not to strain my back too much. The back was fine today, so I reckon the form I did was alright.
Well tomorrow marks the last day of training for the week. I can’t wait!
