Day 108: Cardio (9.04km in 34:30min) |

I’m still in my busy working period these two weeks, and I’m always rushing. So with that I’ve been rushing my workouts too, and so far I ain’t liking it.
Today unlike similar rushed workout I’ve been doing so far, I decided to do the workout as per normal. I just can’t tahan (take it) anymore.
My workouts need an overall routine to it. If any one area of the workout is missing, I just don’t feel right man. My upper body is also aching for some action.
I left my place around 5plus, the weather still hot and the sun scorching, but it was a great condition for a lovely workout. I did my abs and core in my room earlier.
I then proceed with the cardio, running around my old secondary school area, then stopped halfway for an upper-body workout. I totally focused on my form today. It seems, my back was slightly ached, and I reckon its due to improper form from previous training, so today I rectified it.
The pace today was excellent. Another sub-4 minute at 3:38 minute per km. I look forward to another workout tomorrow!
