Day 102: Cardio (8.72km in 36:43min)

As per yesterday, time is of the importance.

I usually schedule my day, a day in advance, kinda like a mind-map and visualization of what to do.

Yeah similar to running and sprinting, it helps out to kink-out the time wastage.

Well today after work, I took a short nap again, yes in my socks again, woke up, and off I went for my workout.

Did my abs, core before hand before pounding the pavement.

Today is the kind of day for me, that didn’t give me the satisfying vibe.

The mojo for working out just wasn’t there, but the pace is good nonetheless, around 4:12 minute per km.

It’s the kind of day, you feel crap, but despite that, your workout is good overall.

At the fitness corner, I saw a lady in her 60-70s probably, working out. She did abs, flexibility and some resistance.

It’s not often I caught such a sight, as usually it would be kids alone or accompanied by their parents frequenting the place.

And the adults would relax one corner as their kids played around. Yes such sedentary lifestyle. You’re already at the fitness area, no harm working out right. But hey it’s their life.

Anyway the old lady still looks good for her age. Not much wrinkles and looking fit. A recent study says old folks who works out, slows down mental decline.

Well it’s back to work for me!
