Alright after two days of respite I’m back.
It’s good to be running once again, as it was stifling just ‘idling’ and working.
It’s a good change from the constant thoughts of projects, of which I’ve to deliver four of them in two weeks. Yikes!
Well work aside, today, the time was of the essence. After work, I had a short nap, slept with my socks on, woke up, put on the trainers beside me and off I went.
If I could, I would like to nap in my running kit and trainers even :p
The pace today was 4:32 minute per km … quite below average.
I didn’t warm up before my workout, so it was slightly hard during the first part of the run, as I was trying to get warm-up and get the momentum going.
At least I was pushing the pace, not slacking, it’s good as it works on my aggressive front running.
Well I did the usual abs, core and upper body. The thumbs are slightly sore from all the pushups.
It’s back to work now! Haizzzz …
