Today I planned a 10km plus run on mapmyrun tool, but during the run today I had a change of heart.
I just felt really tired today, despite the pace of 4:16 minute per km which is kinda ok, I opted to deviate from the plan.
It’s back home much earlier, so I can sought needed rest and start afresh tomorrow instead.
I did the usual abs, core, upper body today.
Everything seems fine, the ‘injured’ right ankle holding out alright, so it’s a good week.
Work as usual is taxing, but hey that’s life.
I do hope the next few months when I’m over this difficult work period, I can finally focus full-time on working-out more.
