Is is said the recipe for Nutella is a closely guarded secret but more of less it is made up of sugar and modified vegetable oils with hazelnut, cocoa and skimmed milk in the mix
I’ve to remind myself that about half of the calories in Nutella come from fat and that’s not good but it does have whey content in it, haha. Protein!!
Luckily I eat Nutella as much as I want as I believe by balancing your diet and constant workouts, which I am doing, I’m not at that much of a risk. But still moderation is the keyword here
