My last fast food indulgence was about McSpicy Meal last month plus back. And yesterday, I thought why not go for my cheat day before the next new training cycle starts. I had a KFC Zinger Meal which cost me $6.10. Safe to say, the calories from both fast food meals are enormous. More than half of that calories are from fats itself. Read on for the ‘damage’
No wonder kids are ‘enormous’ compared to my times. And how could the kids afford such meals. At $6 a pop, that can last me for 3 good cooking days if I were to do my own meal The outlet where I got my meal didn’t lack in demand, as the queue was long. As I stood in line, the variety of choices for fast food meals amazes me. There’s so plenty and people probably can rotate different meals for each day. That’s the good thing about fast food I guess, suitable for our hectic busy schedule, but the down side its all junk food As I ate my meals sinking my teeth into the sandwich, I can practically taste the oil dripping from the burger fillet. As I wiped the oil that was drooling from the side of my mouth, I found out I wasn’t grossed out, but bite more chunks from my burger. It’s pretty addictive, even after so long not tasting such junk food, the appeal is still there At the end of the meal, I found myself ‘stuffed’ beyond what I usually consume during dinner. Usually I don’t eat to my fill but just enough in moderation. I knew I had reached my fill halfway during my Zinger meal earlier, but I just couldn’t stop eating it.
