Well all I can say its all about deficiencies. When your diet is not balanced, you will experience in deficiencies of certain form of nutrients that your body need. When this imbalance happens, I won’t be surprise if your crowning glory starts thinning or receding. Examples of deficiencies can be a result from low fat, high protein or even vegetarian diets. So you should watch out for those online dieting programs as they’re just more worried about their profit margin than your waist margin. The main thing about dieting is maintain good health when doing it. Any disruption resulting from dieting which sees the normal processes of human body can be unhealthy. I would recommend this general rule of thumb when dieting. Exert more calories than you consume, that’s the only way to reduce weight, yet still be healthy. Reduce your calories intake, increase physical activities and you’ll be fine, hair loss or otherwise.
