I think this log of the list of things I bought is great for me to take note of what I’ve purchased, to improve on it in terms of cost and quality of food. I love Sheng Shiong and I fully recommend it to buy your groceries. Forget the other supermarkets. Hey if the directors of Sheng Shiong are reading this, I can be your ambassadors! Haha

Ok looking back at my list of purchase, I think I should consolidate more of my purchase. I can reduce the frequency of going there to and fro, wasting time. I’ll work on that

Don’t forget I also bought supplements of whey protein and vitamins. That will last me for some 2-3 months. I didn’t add to the total cost as the purchase is not as often as my groceries
