  3. Although many thinks skipping breakfast is short term strategy for losing weight, it is not a smart one
  4. Eating breakfast is good for weight loss
  5. Research has shown that people who eat breakfast consume less dietary cholesterol than do people who don’t eat breakfast
  6. Eating breakfast helps to reduce hunger later in the day which in turns helps the person to eat ‘lesser’
  7. People who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight
  8. Those who have breakfast, have better concentration and are more productive throughout the morning, due to replenishing glucose, the brain’s main energy source
  9. People who eat breakfast tends to have higher energy levels which encourage people in engaging more physical activities than may people who don’t eat breakfast
  10. A good example of a healthy breakfast might be something simple like a hard boiled egg, an orange, and a bowl of whole grain cereal with low fat milk. Stay away from the sugary cereals, syrups, pastries, and white breads because they are digested quickly and will leave you hungry and tired in a couple of hours. Protein and fiber satisfy your hunger and will keep you feeling full until lunch time.
