Diet Soda

Seems like a healthier, lighter choice right but it’s actually a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Diet soda may not have the sugar or calories of regular soda, but it’s full of caffeine, artificial sweeteners, sodium and phosphoric acid which is bad. Half the sugar of a can of regular cola is still more sugar than many people on popular low-carbohydrate diets are permitted to have in a day.
Why not drink at least eight 8-oz glasses of filtered water per day instead
Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter

Even if you’re looking to slash the fat in your diet for better heart health, you’ll still want to stay away from the reduced-fat varieties. Why? Reduced-fat peanut butters contain hydrogenated vegetable oil, which is a primary source of artery-clogging trans fats. In comparison, regular peanut butter is a natural source of cholesterol-lowering monounsaturated fats. So when you opt for a reduced-fat peanut butter, you actually end up eating more unhealthy fats.
Why not try natural peanut butter. This is peanut butter without any added sugars. It’s simply oil, peanuts, salt and mashed up to give you a little bit of nutty heaven
Fat-Free or Reduced Fat Salad Dressing

When choosing a low calorie salad dressing, don’t be fooled by advertising claims. A low calorie salad dressing may boast that it contains only 59 calories per tablespoon. However, this low calorie salad dressing may have 50 fat calories, which dieters should avoid. Researchers found when salads were eaten with fat-free salad dressing, carotenoid absorption was nearly zero. After eating salads with reduced-fat dressing, however, absorption of alpha-carotene, betacarotene and lycopene rose significantly and was highest with full-fat dressing. Study raises concern about widespread use of fat-free salad dressings, which has eliminated an important source of alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acids in people diets
Why bit eat salad without salad dressing. It’s the healthiest way to eat salad
Baked Beans

The baked bean is actually a type of haricot bean known as the navy bean – most commonly found in the US and Canada. They are mixed between good and bad. The good is high in protein and fiber. The bad is high in sugar. Tinned baked beans can be high in sugar and salt, so try to choose low-sugar, low-salt varieties
They’re also processed – it’d be healthier to make your own. Make your own low-sugar low-salt sauce with tomato puree and whatever herbs and spices you like
Fruit Juice

Fruit juices and smoothies may seem to be a healthy choice, but dieticians are warning people not to drink too many. Some drinks, particularly dairy-based smoothies, were high in calories. If you look at a typical serving size, you are getting a lot of calories very quickly. Drinking too much juice can contribute to obesity, the development of cavities (dental caries), diarrhea, and other gastrointestinal problems, such as excessive gas, bloating and abdominal pain
For me fruit juice can be helpful when I’m constipated, other than that I consume the recommended 12 ounces of fruit juice per day
