Experiment: Subjecting an Olympian to unhealthy food for 2 weeks
Test subject is Katharine Merry. British runner who at the height of her career won a bronze medal at 2000 Sydney Olympics. She’s already in retirement from sprinting but is still super-fit when the experiment was done
So it was for a TV show which want to highlight the perils of leading a lifestyle of consuming unhealthy food and drinks. Plus the lack of physical activity which can lead to some kind of ailment in the future. So watch the below video, its pretty disturbing
