Hi there, my name is Sha

I’m a nobody, an average dude who one day realized looking in a mirror and saw a pathetic reflection.

So with no formal training in exercising and diets, I plough my way by experimenting to change myself

Not just a physical change. I was a shy introvert person. I felt I can be more confident, if I was to look ‘wholesome and better’

The initial years started in 1998, when before Internet was the norm.

So I frequented libraries for informations, tips and pointers from ‘Workout’ books

When I finally could afford my own PC and Internet connection, the possibility is unlimited. It was an information overload, but I kept it in check of my goals and sifting the good from bad information continuously

I believe through the years, I’ve had harbor thoughts of deviation. Well you know, we human are a lazy creature, but I told myself to preserver and be disciplined

Now a decade later, I’m reaping the rewards. I’m much healthier now and my energy level is much better these days

This blog exist as I want to share with the world a glimpse of my life and my journey into fat loss

However, one word of advise, please do not attempt to emulate the workouts I’m doing. Please consult your physicians before attempting anything new and strenuous

It took me years to get to the point as I am now. There’s no shortcut to looking great, start small and gradually increase intensity from there

My current ideal body type is to be lean, mean, fast and fit. Nothing too big or too bulky … for now that is :)

None of that bullshit “quick fat loss program” crap here. I always believe in ‘walking the talk’, so this blog is like a testament of that. The logs and videos don’t lie and let’s share knowledge
